Experience includes complex, high-performance, tailwheel, multi-engine, and seaplane operations. This variety has strengthened my stick-and-rudder skills and built adaptability across a range of flight environments. I bring sound judgment, a professional demeanor, and a strong work ethic to every cockpit. Eager to contribute to a team where I can continue developing as a pilot and grow with the organization.

Skillset & Values.
A strong and adaptable communication skillset with a focus on breading a safety culture wherever I go. I make decisions under pressure, adapt in dynamic environments, and speak up when something’s off. Drawing almost a decade of leadership experience in non-aviation roles, where I’ve learned how to execute efficiently and guide teams toward shared goals. I am able to give and take constructive feedback, own my mistakes, and approach this work with humility and focus. I'm here to do the job well, keep learning, and be a reliable, long-term asset to your operation.

The 'Why' Behind the Journey.
Mentorship and connection are at the heart of how I move through the world. I build trust through professionalism, presence, and care—and bring that same clarity into the cockpit. Owning a 1946 J3 Cub with my husband keeps me rooted in the joy of pure flight: hands-on flying, grass strips, and respect for the craft. I actively volunteer with EAA and Women in Aviation to pass that spark forward, especially to those finding their way into this field for the first time. After nearly a decade leading teams in the corporate world, I’m now focused on completing my CFI, CFII, and MEI ratings this fall—committed to becoming the kind of instructor who not only teaches, but truly empowers.
